The ABS and Shift pattern should not be affected due to the same angular velocity. they will work the same as stock. you may feel you have less power and need to take the rpms up higher though because you now need more torque to push the larger tires. The abs is told to turn on once you go from 10 mph or fast to nothing. the computer thinks the tires lock up to fast. Now the speed will seem the same at low speed but on high way your speedometer will read to slow. your mileage will also be to low. this is scene by simple geometry and the circumference of the wheel. 2* 3.14*radius. The change from the stock tire size to the new 33 is not that much so on the highway you might be off by 4 mph. its not to big of a deal just play dumb with the cop and you may get out of the ticket. I have done it once and you put less miles on your car. ( not really it only looks that way)
