Manik light bar (thanks CruiserLarry!) with 4 KC Slimlites (2 Outside=Driving Beam, 2 Inside=Long Range):


Delta 250 Rectangular Driving Lights (7.25" x 3.5", I think) mounted on custom brackets (see below for more details):


Each pair of lights is switched on a OEM Taco switch (2 shown here for the overhead lights, 1 more switch next to clutch cancel buttom for rear lights):
