its so simple even I could do it. Search on headlights this site and go to page three. I explain it all there. Your going to need a long number two phillips #2 screw driver. It doesn't go in a screw it goes in the coged silver washer you see down about seven inches.

There does not appear a place for access to the adjusting screws. I already know about the specifications to which I am to adjust to. Everett Bartz Las Vegas

I got it figured out. On the top bracket that holds the headlight assembly to the body frame is a small hole. Inserting a long narrow phillips screwdriver, you will be guided to a cogged washer. The head of the phellips screwdriver engages the teeth that are at 90 degrees to it's washer looking apparatice. This washer looks as though its held in place by a #8 hex head screww.
