fair enough! I take it then most of these cold air intake systems have instructions or is their a website anyone can recommend for DIY folks?

They would come with instructions for the DIY kinda guy/gal. The exhaust is doable in the driveway if you have a good idea what you are doing, but it sounds like you might be better off getting it done at a shop. Exhaust work is fairly cheap.

For those that have installed CAI & Exhaust - Volume? When you hit 55-75MPH, is the sound the same or is it just loud as hell? this is my primary vehicle so I'd like not to go deaf or have to wear ear plugs to drive 100+ miles a day...

trd exhaust and cold air intake or go to a muffler shop and have em throw a flowmaster on it? I no the price difference, in question is the performace aspect. Anyone have any comments?

I just put in an AFE cdi in last night and the difference is night and day. I'm pumped to see how the JBA headers will do to performance of the induction system. AFE CDI, JBA headers, TRD exhaust they should get along just fine!
