Anybody have an opinion on what is best to put on the black plastic trim on outside of vehicle? I was told by someone that he just puts silicone spray on it? Thanks

I'm using Armorall pre-moistened wipes. You can wipe down all of your black trim without getting any on the paint. If you use silicone spray on a rag you might get the same result but it will be slippery and attract dirt like a magnet!

Thanks for the tip? Have you used a product called "back to Black" by Mothers? It is supposed to be used on exterior trims, including plastic.

Back to black is the best I have found. It actually replaces the lost gasses from polyvinal plastic and protects. It makes it look goooood! 2008 FJ w/all the fixens "There is NO need to lift"

I don't really clean my truck, but in my cars I use Black Chrome. It's hard to find, but works well. It's a white creme, and you just rub it into the plastic. Only problem is it attracts the dirt and dust.
