old man emu lift kit....runner ryan and i have it...except runner fit...i think...37's on it

i wouldnt do 35's if you not going off pavement..you will notice performance decrease that will bum you out on your non muddy drive to work..but it sounds like you have plenty of money to spend...so you could always throw a URD supercharger on it

Ya, I have 3" lift with major trimming to fit 37" tires. Your 35's will fit with minor body mount trim as long as your rims don't have major offset.

but when people refer to 33's they are refering to the tread patch width. 285 mm is the width of your current tires. 33 cm is the width of the 33's you are refering to. .
This isn't really true. A 285/70/17 is 285mm wide (about 11"). It's sidewall is 70% of the 285mm tall. It's on a 17" rim. It measures about 33" tall.
A 33" tire ( 33/12.50/17) is about 33" tall. It's 12.5" wide, and it's on a 17" rim.

This goes for all tires measured that way. A 42/14.50/16.5 (which is what I'm putting on my 4Runner ) is 42" tall, 14.5" wide, and on a 16.5" rim.
