Does anyone know where I can find/obtain a legnth of oval aluminum extrusion similar to the one on the upper roof rack seperation on the FJ?

There's a guy in Alberta, Canada with a wrecked FJ that he's parting out. It's 4x4 TOYS at 4xtoys@telus.net. Hope that helps.

That would be good but what I need has to either fit just over the tubing or just inside the ID. Same size doesn't help. I'm trying to make a spring loaded extension so you can slide the upper divider all the way to the front.
