I hear lots of comments/complaints about the noise generated by the TRD CAI.
Can anyone explain the reason for the noise? Is it that much different than the stock air intake mechanically that it would be that noticeably different?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

It really adds to the volume......
because it draws from the front-inside passenger wall, it sends the sound through the whole body....
it isn't bad if that is what you want....
Try my 72, with headers, and dualed-out, now that freaking loud....
