No crank. It used to be a spare tire rack that I made for my 37" spare on my 5Runner. It had a hinge to swing down for tailgate clearance. I had to build a new one, since I upgraded to 38.5" tires on the 5Runner, so I thought I would recycle it.

Has any one installed the hitch and wiring kit? I got all of it installed except for a large relay which there are no directions telling where it goes? Does any one know or are there any instructions for the wiring kit? Thanks Kimbo

Yep, I have done it. I think there is some instructions in the manuals and d-loads link to the upper left of your screen. The brown relay box goes under the dash by the driver's left knee. There should also be 2 fuses that go in the fuse block. There might be other stuff....it's been a while since I installed mine.
