Hi all! I’m not sure if I’m being picky and its supposed to sound like this or I have a problem but my FJ has this annoying humming noise coming from the rear (I presume the exhaust) when driving at any speed with the revs around 1250rpm (ish) when its lower or anything above 1500rpm its fine and I enjoying hearing the Grrr from the TRD exhaust but at the 1250 mark its really annoying me. Does anyone think my FJ has a problem or is it just me?

I think it's just you. How old are you?
But seriously, I thought the stock exhaust was too quiet. I could barely hear it. I decided to throw on a Flowmaster 40 series. It's much better now. I'd assume the TRD exhaust sounds a tad deeper than the stock exhaust. That's probably your resonance.

Its called the exhaust note. Learn to love it or put a normal exhaust on it. You should try it with the TRD headers!!
