I love this site, at least as you, guys. So I has been really offended seeing it hacked...
Finally the problem seems to be solved. Put here your problems using this forum, some of your voices surely will be heard!

I am not so happy about it either. Unfortunately, when you are using an open source CMS solution, it is bound to happen once you become "noticed".

I have seen numerous times where unscrupulous coders will search through open-source systems just to find holes in the code they can use to penetrate your security. Once they find the holes, they search for sites that are using a particular build of that software and will go through exploiting all of them.

The saddest part about it is there is really nothing that can be done about it other than making sure updates are done as soon as they are released as stable and hope for the best - even then it is possible to be "hacked" before there is a known problem.

I am afraid the only real way to prevent this is to create your own CMS from scratch and make sure it is not vulnerable through server permissions, unfortunately this is not a viable solution for small sites, especially when just starting out.

The site looks really nice - I guess the links are broken to the pictures posted in the forum - were they toasted? Should we re-post?

Search needs work... It just bring you to the Forum list and not the individual post.

I do like the new look the postings have! Although, the size of the pic you can post here, has been cut in half!!
