If its got the power and drive train to support its stance, the FJs are screwed. If it makes over 250hp and gets 20mpg Ill trade my FJ in. I love my FJ but that thing is bad. 2008 FJ w/all the fixens "There is NO need to lift"

I'll agree, that is a sweet lookin machine. But, I'd say its more of a knockout punch to Jeep TJ's. There's no room for storage and only has 2 doors. Not too passenger friendly. We'll see what happens, its still in in the concept phase.

I don't know, I guess I don't think it is that great looking, kinda funny looking, but then again I am a chick.. lol. I still like the looks of the FJ, and like someone said, "the tank". Leave it to Hummer to try to out do the FJ. Funny how it reasembles the Fj shape, what happened to the square box hummer?

I have been reading about this thing for awhile. I have thought from day one that it looked like a customized FJ, with the rear chopped, even the wheels look like the TRD rims. Come on, do they really think that all of the electronics in that thing are going to stand up to the abuse a real off road vehical will take? Look at the dash and front seating setup, look familiar? (FJ) Also, the 3rd to last image, Voodoo blue anyone? I have also seen MSRP numbers in the low 30's for a base model. Now that can change, but the bottom line is will they sell, because they market the baby hummers mostly towards mall crawlers and for that reason, they are not that capable off road as one would expect. I have driven a H2 and H3 as well as my FJ in mud, through water and on the trails, they are not nearly as capable, stock, as the FJ. It is this reason I do not expect much more from this concept, hell even the body view from the front and rear look like FJ's and the windshield....really GM, who are you trying to fool? Can we say plagerisim? They want a piece of the market that Toyota has beatup with the FJ. mho
Thank you, fatback
