Most dealers install both the hitch and the wiring harness together.
They may install it together, but you buy it seperately. It's 2 different part numbers.
If it was installed by someone else, take a look under the rear bumper to the left of the hitch. That is where the flat 4 connection will be.

I just got my factory hitch and harness yesterday.

$229CAD for the Hitch and $129CAD for the wiring.

Sounds like you over paid if you didn't get the wiring.

Has anyone installed a brake controller? I have been debating as to where it could go without being in the kill zone ( knees that is).
