Toyota, I just found out last weekend my mother cannot see over the steering wheel, even with the seat propped all the way up and forward. Being a slim 5'5" female myself, I could not have bought the FJ without the seat booster adjuster. How about raising those front seats a little, my 5'2" mother can barley see out of the passenger side windshield, so very embarassing! In addition, feel free to design a lumbar and seat heaters next time too. I still love my FJ, but future tweaks are welcome.

The g/f is 5'2" and she drives the FJ more than I do. As for raising the seats...How will I fit in?

I've got to agree. There is nothing worse than having your head be so close to the headliner that your hair touches. Not to mention it's hard enough to see stop lights.

its funny... thats one of the things i loved so much about the FJ, all the room! i like to be as far away from the wheel as i can be.. and i guess at 5'9'' im sorta tall for a girl, but my lil shortie friends seem to drive my car with no problems... maybe mom has poor posture? i dunno... seems odd ... ive never heard anyone complain about not being able to see over the wheel, but rather complain that its too high to step into the vehicle i put nerf bars on it a couple of weeks ago.. which is nice for them,, but only temporarily.... im going to be putting the lift kit on lol ...
