Seems all that would be needed to prevent siphoning from the tank would be a filter screen (not even a tight screen) in the filler tube deep enough to allow the gas nozzle in but not so deep to allow a siphon hose in.

You would not want this to be a very tight screen cause this could cause issues with filling.

I was hunting one of these too. I read that the Stant 11504 quarter turn cap(?) should do the trick. It fit's tundra's 99-07, Taco's 00-07 and some others. Just haven't got one to try yet.
