Ok ive been looking at all the posts on what someone has paid, and believe me the dealers can give you all the smoke and mirrors they want. I actually work for a dealership in sales and have just bought my first FJ special edition. Everyone says it helps to work for Toyota as you get a special deal THERE IS NO EMPLOYEE SPECIAL PRICE TO BUY A TOYOTA!!! Toyota knows they have a quality product!! It doesnt matter if you know the dealer or good friends with someone there, if they are an honest dealership, im going to give you the same price i give someone else. If youre paying MSRP for something besides the SE then they love you because you just made them a huge gross, and all this talk about under invoice is crazy, it doesnt happen unless its a demo model, or its been sitting on the lot for over a year.

I love this forum already, as i stated i bought my first FJ on the 15th of Feb. for my wife, its the special edition. So you can all compare prices you are getting elsewhere. I will sell any FJ, except the one SE we are getting in, for $500.00 above invoice with NO documentation fees or other dealer fees you see. I figure if youre willing to buy in Oklahoma ill do everything i can for you. So if youre buying tell that dealer to show you his invoice and you will give $500.00 above that and you dont want any other fees tacked on. Thats a fair price to all involved, im not putting the dealership i work for, if someone is seriously interested just quick message me, im NOT here to sell cars, we are looking at making friends in the FJ community, but if someone isnt getting a fair deal, i will definetly make that deal.

I work for Toyota and it simply is not true that there is no deal for employees. I get my vehicle at dealer cost. Not invoice but what the dealer purchases the vehicle for. The only added costs are taxes, tags and any dealer installed options on the vehicle. I don't know what your special edition cost you, but I paid under 25,000 for my TRD. That seems pretty good. Taxes and tags not included, no dealer options. I live in CA so taxes suck.

I also work for Toyota and called Toyota myself, and there is NO employee pricing on Toyota vehicles. If you have anything from Toyota that says different i would LOVE to have it, because i paid a handsome sum for my SE and Toyota reitterated to me we have NO employee pricing or discounts
