Only way I can see them getting in is through the air vents. If they are small enough to fit in the grille below the windshild. Or they could get in through the exhause air vents (the air that comes in with the heater has to escape somewhere). They are hidden behind the rear bumper area. Everything else is pretty sealed up.

Hey I have been thinking about this for a while and it may take a bit of cutting and you would need to devise a way of making it stay put. But If you get one if those Plastic things you put under your desk chair so it rolls around easier. It should prevent any scuffing on your stock cargo bed. Like I said you will need to cut it and find a way to keep it in place. Does this help?

My solution to that problem is to throw a flat cardboard box over the backseats when down. Just went snowboarding and tossed the gear in and out for several days. When I took the box out is was really scuffed up. A piece of carpet works too, maybe some commercial type velcro would keep it in place.

The Hummer H2's are nice like you said, but with a starting price of $65,000. Who in the real world can afford that? Maybe drug dealers, or successful people!! But not average people, thats why Thank God Toyota made the FJ Cruiser, for down to earth people like us!
