Well, I noticed that my signature line is missing. I can get into my profile, change it, it accepts it, but it doesn't show at the bottom of my posts.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Nope. Still the same thing. I noticed it a month or two ago, but now I see others have signature lines. Mine has a small symbol of a person with a red X through it. It says not visible to others. I can't seem to change that. Looks like this:
