Hello from Mo. As soon as my warr. is over and I can find the company and model no. for electric fan assy. I will put one on! why these are not standard on all autos is amazing! Not only would it save on gas mileage but less stress on engine and best of all more horsepower!!!!!!!! Hello, from Mo. Just bought a blk/wht 07 fj auto 4x4 and love it !!!!!!!!!!

I don't have one on my Cruiser, but I do have one on my 4Runner contraption. The fan from the 5.0L enging wouldn't fit, so I had no choice. They are easy to install, and if you get a good one, they work well. But the good ones are quite expensive, and many are quite loud. You can wire it so it will come on even if the truck is shut off. Just use a thermostat switch. It's also nice to be able to shut if off when going through deep water, so it doesn't spray it around.
I say go for it. But I'd rather spend the money elsewhere right now.
