As per Toyota "power outside mirrors with illuminated markers" available with the CQ convenience package.

In my booklet, they call them "image lamps". Oh well...

Still awating my new bulbs, but I did look as Pep Boys before ordering off the net. Pep Boys only had colored LED's I wanted white and since I'v got a black fj with double limo tint on the rear windows, 20% on the fronts and 30% on the front winsheild I'm sure the fuzz wouldn't like me driving around with red and blue in my image lights. Here is the sight I ordered my image lights from. I also purchsed LED Bulbs for the liscence plate, back up, front and rear turn signals, and dome lamps.

I tried putting LEDs on my '02 Taco and when I would use the turn signal you could feel the truck kind of jolt a little bit (this was on the freeway). I have regulators on them as well. It would also cut off the cruise control when I used the blinker, that is the last time I messed with LEDs but I am curious if they will work for you, keep us posted.

umm yeah that quite interisting.. i think your truck was possessed.... i picked up a pair of led's at pep boys thinking that they were clear, but after installing the drivers side i found them to be orange, however i did test them... they seem to work fine, but i will report back as soon as i recieve the ones that i have on order.
