You know, I think the Flowmaster may yield better HP results since they are pretty much the masters of exhaust flow...but I also think that the Flowmaster install will possess a higher degree of difficulty than the "bolt-on" TRD exhaust.
I don't think we'll have much to work with as far as info is concerned until people start buying these types of aftermarket goodies. And with the very, very small amount of FJ's out there (I live in So. Cal. and I have seen less than ten in the month and 1/2 that I've had mine) I'm sure it will be a while until we see some genuinely cool stuff.

Thanks Ryan. I think the TRd will yeild more top end hp, but the flowmaster has slightly more back preassure, giving more bottom end torque. Check the gallery for pics of my diy install.
