Hey y'all, has anyone actually changed their "Cabin Filter" on their FJ yet? If you have, have you noticed any changes at all? I was told by TOYOTA that at 15,000 miles I need to change my cabin filter, and from what I hear, its not exactly a quick pace job. Any guidance?

There are a few threads about it. I think you can do it by going in through the glove box opening.. Ron

When I bought my FJ the Toyota dealer told me when it was time to change the filter "just remove it all together". They are fairly expensive and don't do a lot.
I guess if you have allergies it could make a small difference.

I don't think it's very expensive, in the overally scope of things. Cabin filters do keep a lot of the dust and crap out, even some of the exhaust smell.. Ron
