I dont do any off-roading, although i would like to but between work, school and other hobbies i just dont have the time.
I know from reading other posts that spacers lifts aren't recommended because it puts to much strain on the cv joints i think it was and that a full suspension lift is recommended. With the lift in the link above, what is your opinions, pros, cons, likes, dislikes?
Thanks in advance!

Where are the front coil springs.I'm assuming they don't come with the kit. If not, there will be a spacer which adds preload (compression) to the O.E.M. springs which will make the ride a lot stiffer. I would reccomend the Old Man Emu kit(medium load)with Toytec rear coils. The O.M.E. rears are pretty stiff. Remember, after lifting, you'll need new upper control arms to properly re-align the front end.Hope that helps.

I would like to offer a correction on the last post. You can lift your truck 3" without new upper control arms and still get proper alignment. UCA's are pricey, unless you are doing some drastic stuff, not at all necessary. You may want to look into the icon suspension systems as well. they are high quality and give you an excellent ride. That will be the suspension of choice when I can change mine.
