well that makes more sense
I am getting ready to start building a new house on 2.7 acres... I still don't know how much dirt-bike riding will be going on in the yard though

yep - that is it exactly - half to mow and half to grow for shade. Where are you building?

Not too far from my current house in Gulfport, MS
We just found out my wife is pregnant a couple of weeks ago and decided to build instead of going through the hassle of finding something we really liked. By building our own we know we will get what we want

Ah - It is so nice down there! A chunk of my family is in the Pennsacola area. A house, baby and a FJ in the same year Congratulations! - what more could you want? That is a whole lot of work for a single year! I am getting a new grandbaby to go with my FJ.
