Recently on Canoe.ca there was an article "Vehicles We Could ALL Do Without" by Joe Duarte, Senior Editor of Autonet. He makes all types of comparisons to the Jeep and says that FJ owners are only buying this based on emotion rather than smarts. I have had some email sparring with him, but he seems to be oblivious to the positives. You should check out the article and will perhaps want to email him yourself. Btw, his email address is mailto:joe.duarte@canoe.com. Have fun, he is exasperating to talk to though, lol. BD

Guess you need a job that doesn't "tie you up" as much.

He also seems to be oblivious to the fact that every single car purchase in the history of the world has been based on 'emotion'. Make or model has nothing to do with it. He is just in denial that Toyota has a better product than the Jeeps he is so emotionally attached to.
