On getting my brush guard my
Toyota bug shield no longer could be left on as the the hood would not close. I liked the bug guard the parts dept was nice enough to take it back.

I ended up getting an AVS bug shield. I have had it on now about a year, and I can tell you from the amount of dead bugs on my windscreen, I don't think they work. However there are relatively few splats on the deflector itself!

hi. i was also looking for something to protect my windshileld from any bugs or small stones from 18 wheeler truck on the freeway. Something like wind deflectors or hood protectors. Try to contact you local Toyota dealer, parts and accesories. Ask if that would serve the purpose.
