The All-Pro may be a little lighter, but I got the Fab Fours due to it's unique styling, the ease of installing or removing the winch, the finish, and the light weight, about 110-120lbs if I remember correctly. Ground clearance is probably comparable or close.

Has anyone tried this combination? http://www.lucrumind.com/html/winch.htm It maintains the stock appearance and provides for the mounting of a winch.
