If I add some exterior accessories (i.e. rock rails, brush guard, rear skid plate) will my gas milage get worse than it already is?? thanks.

It most definetly will... I lost about 2 mpg after installing brush guards, and a kayak rack...

You will lose about 1mpg for the roof rack. 2mpg for a lift and you don't want to know what skids,sliders, bumper and a winch will do.

I added factory components such as: Roof rack, off-road lights with air dam, front brush guard and off-road lights. I get the same gas mileage... no worse, no better... for seriously.

These people (other than a kayak rack,DUH), are smokin'n somethin'.I have a 3" lift, aggressive tires,a factory roofrack,and aftermarket winch bumper w/winch and average 19MPG in my normal "spirited" driving. I suppose the TRD cold-air kit,TRD exhaust,Denso iridiums,throttle body spacer,and Mobil 1 may have something to do with that.
