Yes. I have a 2007 Blue FJ and had the same issue this last winter. Passed a sand truck on the freeway and got sprayed. Several new chips on the blue paints surfaced so I ordered the Voodoo Blue touch up paint from the dealer. I did not construe this as an issue with the vehicle though - just my driving.

Voodoo blue owner here, and I am on my 2nd FJ! The 1st one had 7 paint chips on it when I picked it up from the dealer They said they would fix it and sent it to a local body shop who F@#$%ed it up BIG time. So I told my dealer they owed me a new truck or I would drive the F@#$ed up one through the showroom window and light it on fire!!! Needless to say THEY GAVE ME A NEW ONE Anyway, back to the topic! My 2nd truck has about 20 chips on it already @25K ! Obviously a problem with the paint or process. IMHO
