I have a uniden cb that i took off my Xterra. the manual keeps saying that i have to talk to a toyota professional b/4 installing a CB . it might interfere with the vehicle functioning. how relevant is that? i dont think i can off road without a CB.

Geeze. If I actually read all the warnings that come with stuff you buy, I'd still be reading. There's always a possibility with radio devices that they will interfere with stuff, but highly unlikely. Just don't mount it near the computer, and you should be fine.
