Any idea on how to remove the DR SIDE vent trim, includes the register?

Hello, actually it is fairly easy... Use a Nylon Panel Removal Tool or something that will not scratch the plastic. It is held in with three fasteners that just pop free when the register is pulled toward the rear of the vehicle. By the way, the first time I removed mine it was stuck pretty tight. ALSO, very important, open the register prior to removal. A great Nylon Panel Removal Set is available from Harbor Freight Tools here in Boise, ID.

Thanks for the information, I did as you said and it worked fine. I was worried about breaking it when I pulled rearward on it.
