Hi, everyone - I'm a new FJ owner as of 22 Dec 07, and this is my first post. My FJ has the Toyota roof rack, which I don't care for. I've read several posts on this site that describe the removal of the rack, but I've been unable to find out how to purchase the plastic covers for the hard points on the roof. My Toyota dealership was unable to find them in their system. Does anyone have part numbers for these? I'd appreciate it if you would post them or email me. Thanks in advance!

Just returned from my Toyota dealership to pick up the door sill protectors that I ordered. While there, I asked a different parts guy to look for the part numbers for the plastic covers for the roof rack hard points. This guy did some extra digging and found them! The part number is as follows:
75596-35020
You need six of them, and they'll cost about $20 each if ordered through the dealership.
Hope this helps anyone looking to remove their roof rack.

Yikes! 20 bux each! My Cruiser didn't come with the rack, so I have the caps already. I just added a rack, but took the top level off, and ended up with a half-rack. Now I have 4 spare caps.
Welcome.

Hey, Waterlad, I'll be happy to take those off your hands if they're still in good shape. Let me know if you're interested in selling! Thanks
