I have an '07 without the roof rack. I'd like to add the stock rack but doesn't that entail removing the headliner to access the underside of the roof?

Nope. The rack bolts on from the top. Your truck already has the threaded holes with small bolts in them.

NOw im pissed I got my rack put on but they never returned my caps they could have just sold them
