Hey,
I had the same question from a pro tire shop, he said i would have rubing if i dont lift specially during off roading, if not on street wont have problem, but i changed it to the same size with Nitto
Grappler 265-/70-17 so i didnt want to spend few hundred and have rubbed tire, im not interested of lifting though.
I'm extremely happy with what i have now.

Yes they will fit. But you will probably get some rubbing. There are some lift's that are very easy to install a 3" lift really isn't all that much but it's enough to save your tires. Well worth it.
