Did they add the bit about scratching in shipping before or after you complained?

I knew about that shipping disclaimer before hand. But there is a difference between scratches and busting out of the end and being dropped and dragged.

Found out today that UPS is sending the one back to Trail Gear. I talked with Trail gear and they said they would look at it and decide what to do. I should know something by middle of next week.
