I bought mine yesterday in Arizona. It was used with 8k miles. 6speed manual with all the options i could find already on it. Payed $25,250 out the door. The only thing I could find wrong was a small chip on the windshield but after reading on the forum I guess this is common. I put about 450 miles on it today driving it back to New Mexico and was impressed. Now I want to go do some crawling to see what it really has.

I just bought an 07 FJ Cruiser 4x4 with Convenience, Curtain Shield Airbag, Upgrade Package #2, Vehicle Shield Package, Extra Mile Option Package A, Predator Step Boards, Dealer Tinted Front Windows, pretty much fully loaded except for no leather seats.
MSRP $32,065 Bought it for Invoice minus 2% Holdback - $28,343
That was by just telling them up front that is what I was willing to pay. Also told them I wanted 1 year of free oil changes, they said no problem.
Bought the FJ from Jack Owens in Internet Sales at Toyota of Richardson, Richardson TX, great guy.

I just picked up my new FJ last night! YEAH ME!! It is the silver 4x2 2007 with just a few options, the MSRP was 30,245.83 and I got it for $24695.00! I think I scored on the deal, I still believe they made a good profit. If the invoice they showed me was correct I got it for $500 over invoice (+ttl). Well gotta go DRIVE IT! BT

Look do this...call all the dealerships in a 50 mile radius of your house. Get the name and fax number of the fleet manager or sales manager. Send a fax that says the following...I am going to purchase an FJ Cruiser in the next 7 days and I am letting all dealers bid in this competitive process. I want the following options...There is a 3% dealer hold back on Toyotas and I know what the invoice is on this particular model. I will call and let every dealer know who the winning bidder is and what price I am paying. Do not put a minimum price you will pay on it just let the dealers fax or call you will their best price. You will buy it below invoice. Then call toyotas customer service center and tell them you are considering the honda element and the FJ. Ask them if they have any "special" incentives to help make your decision. They will send you a $500 check to make your purchase easier. They will want the VIN etc so dont just call thinking they will send you a check without actually buying one. any questions let me know. I have been doing this a very long time.
