Has anyone found a good organizer for the back of the FJ? Most of my stuff just rolls around back there, so I put a bunch of bungies back to tie things down.

I have seen some elastic type organizers on ebay.
Go to ebay and type in the following:
fj cruiser -40 -55 -fj40 -fj55

That will pull up predominantly FJ Cruisers and accessories.

I have a black plastic box storage box from WalMart - bungee corded in place - Don't laugh - The color is a perfect match and people ask me if it came with the FJ. Works like a charm and cost me about 6 bucks and that includes the cost of the matching black bungee cords. Now, I admit I did spend extra cash for the floor mats, the tire cover and - my personal favorite - the passenger side arm rest

How much you want to spend?.....

I like both, but for now my money is with the rubbermaid box like JanieNut. Keeps the hatchet I carry while wheeling from hitting me in the head! Or the gallon of milk while wheeling in grocery store parking lots!

I bought the Toyota organizer which works okay for some groceries and stuff I keep in the back(Duster, Etc) but what I really found that works was a universal Cargo Net that I had bought for my Mercedes. All it really is a rectangle with 4 elastic loops on all the corners.
What I do is create a "triangle" with the Toyota net and the hooks in the cargo area. On the top I have the Toyota Cargo Net hooked in the front. I hook the top of the Universal net on the front hooks as well. I then loop the elastic hooks thru the rear D ring tie downs and then up to the rear hooks.
I do carry a few things when I work ( Laptop bag, Carry-on type Luggage, Misc Small tools ) and nothing really moves around as much.
I will take pics if you wish but I think you will get the idea.

I bought the Universal net at my local automotive store...
