Just added both. Cheap and easy mods.

How much for the shifter? The handles look like the fit perfectly, do they? I did not know they were the same handles...
Also, what type of wind deflectors on the doors do you have? Do the sit in the channel or do the adhere to the outside?

The shifter was $45 I think. The handles were just over $40. They are an exact fit and took less than 10 minuets to install. I ordered everything online. My dealership was more than double that.

The visors fit in the channel. No noise or problems so far after a year. I will check the name next time I'm outside.
