If I wanted to go that fast I could just jump in my wifes 07 Camry, it does that in less time. I just don't see the point in driving an SUV that fast? What good is it on the trails or rocks when you are going 15mph or so? My FJC runs great at 55 mph here in Indy and I don't get slowed down by police officers. But I guess if you are able to pay for that, and drive that fast, we should be able to get to there at the same time.

I agree. A truck isn't a race car. I like speed. I used to have a Turbo MR2, but I wouldn't take that car wheeling, so I don't take the truck on the racetrack.
Dang, I'm getting old.

Tell me about it, I just turned 35 a couple of weeks ago. I don't feel that old, but then again, I don't remember getting that old!

Sorry, but I feel I have to defend myself! I like speed. The average SUV buyer at our dealership won't see any off-roading unless they back their SUV on their lawn to unload some mulch!
This is my daily driver and because I work at a Toyota dealership, it doesn't cost me as much to add something like this. I also Tow with the truck and we get our fair share of snow in the Northeast. I don't get out wheeling as often as I did years ago with my FJ40s.
When we got in our first FJC, I test drove it and I bought one. It's my mid-life crisis toy!
