I need to pick up a high lift jack. I found a good one at a local farm supply store for $62. (I worked there 10 years ago) My question is: Does anyone know of a way to lock this down on the roof rack so it's not rattling and won't disappear when I'm in the city? I guess I'm looking for a locking clamp system.
