has anyone tried to put a Flowmaster muffler on their FJ? i was interested what it sounded like and if it was worth it. it's hard to guess what it would be like unless you already have tried it. let me know if you have!

I think there's a video with sound on youtube of a FJ with flowmaster installed. I've had flowmasters on my V8 chevy and my firebird, but I prefer the magnaflow mufflers, they're loud when you want and mellow when you're just idling, plus they're stainless. The welds on my flowmasters rusted and blew out.

very cool. i'll check out the magnaflow. i wasn't impressed by the sound of the flows on the video. even though the sound quality wasn't the best, it at least gave me some idea. thanks again for the help!!!
