Hmmm, that is really weird. I am not sure what to say about that, sounds as if some of the LED bulbs might be kinda wonky/bad/poorly designed.

I bought them all from superbrightleds.com. DId you change out all of your bulbs to LEDs? The bulbs for the reverse and plate lights didn't fit either.

Yep, I swapped out all the lights in the FJ, with the exception of the dome lights, with LED's. I bought the front turn signal and rear brake/turn lights off ebay though. The flasher, mirror and license plate lights I bought from superbrightleds.

I don't get it. I have a hard time believing the bubls would be the cause of it but I don't know what else the flashers to go crazy. I wonder if anyone else had this issue.
I about freaked when I dropped on of the reverse bulbs in the housing. I was able to get it out with a magnet. It was a pain to get to the flasher unit and I think Toyota could have made it easier to get to the bulbs, it's made for midget hands.

I'd appreciate it if you could tell me where you got your bulbs. That way I know they should work.
