The OME lift is 3" and uses new springs front and rear. New shocks front and rear. Seem to remember it was about 800 bux. Do not use the OME heavy lift if you don't plan to carry a heavy aftermarket bumper and winch. Also, you really need a bunch of weight in the back with the heavy lift, too. I'd suggest the mediums.
