I purchased OEM aluminum alloy wheels to replace the black steel rims. Can I use the same lug nuts to secure the stock aluminum alloy rims to the vehicle? Thanx in advance for your answer(s).

Nope. You will need the mag lug nuts. They have a longer shank that fits inside the holes. I have a whole bag of them sitting here, as I took the aluminum rims off, and put some steel rims on.
