There are several fixes. 1. Get a louder radio! 2. Mine had the same problem. Make absolutely sure the seat is latched tight. I don't know how many miles you have , I'm at just over 13K now The noise stopped after about 5K But that first 5K was maddening.
Really the problem is with the seat itself. It's probably squeaking metal to metal against the latch loop and where it rests. Also make sure the lower part of the seat hinge is lubed good too.

Hey, Thanks for the advice, it actually has 14000 thousand miles on it! Barely broke in, but I am gonna try that, that seems to be what everyone thinks!

I had also been frustrated with the squeek which constantly came from the backseat on the passenger side. I read the last post about the electrical tape and just tried it myself. It instantly fixed it for me. Give it a try and hopefully it works for you. Miles Glynn Indianapolis, IN
