I wasn't paying attention...is this a huge dent? You can buy a dent pulling kit. I used one to pull some dents out of my Suburban. I've also heard you can pull some dents out with a bathing room plunger. Can't remember if you use some grease or vasoline to help make a seal and then just pull.
The rough is rated at 150 lbs. If you don't weigh that much you should complain to Toyota and make them fix it!

Just take off the headliner and pound it out from the inside.

if you try to pound it out it is going to crease the dent which will crack the paint which will cause it to rust and eventually leak. Accept the screwup and take it to a body shop and keep that bill to remind you not to stand on your FJ!!!!!
