Sanded to 400g.
I measured the internal volume with packing peanuts. It came out to .80cuft, optimum is .85cuft. Not too bad, I got lucky

The first rain of the season slowed me down. (Yes it does rain in SoCal) The rain stopped so I was able to spray the SEM color coat.

Very good work! It's one of the most impressive audio upgrades I've seen.

The custom enclosure is amazing. I would love to have one to replace my two 12" mtx subs in a big box.

The amp rack is great too.
