I got the 6 speed manual. Not because of the full time 4wd, but because I hate autos. The full time 4wd is nice in some situations, but I wish I had the option of a part-time transfercase.
It just depends on what you will use it for most. If you have a lot of wet/slippery roads, the full-time 4wd would be good. If you never plan to use the 4wd, the auto would be a good idea.
